I have no idea what happened to this place. I came here last year around summer time and had a pretty decent iced milk tea. Went again today and the girl literally gave me a cup of overflowing iced milk with a tea bag in it.
I think you're taking the term "milk tea" too seriously. Took one sip and threw the whole thing away. So bad.
And it took way too long to make and for 4 dollars? Ridiculous. -

Will be my to go place in U-district. Saw some reviews said they don't have AC. Went there yesterday and seems like they have one now. Ordered black coffee and a cheese cake. I AM HAPPY!

Since new ownership has taken over, hot drinks have held steady and there are some good new options for cold beverages from the cooler.
Food is more limited and not as good. At a minimum, they need more pastry and snack options.
